Meifeng has two “Rotogravure Technology” for printing purpose for all types of stand-up pouches, flat bottom pouches, roll stock films and other flexible packaging products. Compare Rotogravure and Flexographic printing process, that rotogravure has a better performance on printing quality, it will reflect a more vivid printing patterns for the clients, which is much better than traditional flexographic printers.
In rotogravure printing; pictures, designs and words are etched on the surface of a metal cylinder, the etched area is filled with water inks (food grade printable inks), and then the cylinder is rotated to transfers the image to the film or other materials.
Equipment
We have two sets of printers include BOBST 3.0 high speed printing press, made by Italy, another is Shaanxi Beiren Printers, with up-to 10 colors printing press. Maximum CMYK+5 spot color, CMYK+4 spot + matte, or 10 spot color channel printing. These two types of printers are all top brand for printing industry.

Within our printing workshop, we have equipment of Utilizes "CIE L*a*b* color” values to pinpoint color accuracy.

The lead time for pouches and flat bottom pouches are 15-20 days for new orders, 10-15 for repeating orders. The lead time for roll stock films are 12-15 days. If we are entering in a peaking season, the lead time will be arranged after our negotiations.
A combo run of various SKUs to reduce the minimum order quantity of bags is accepted in Meifeng.
